Our standard glue option is a premium, solvent based adhesive as this can be used on a wide range of surfaces. It can sometimes be a little smelly during the installation process but providing the garage is well ventilated in the days following, the smell will dissipate very quickly.
Some customers prefer an odourless installation, in which case a water based adhesive can be used however it is only suitable for using on a clean, smooth, non-painted concrete. Installation of garage carpet using a water based adhesive requires a slightly different process which doubles the total installation time.
